Why hasn’t my order started yet?
- We only provide an estimated start time for the service and do not guarantee that it will begin within the described start time. This depends on factors such as the current number of orders for the service, the service’s operational mode, service updates, target platform updates, server issues, and other potential delays.
- If your order is still within the start time outlined in the service description, please wait patiently.
- For some services, the order status does not update in real-time. You’ll need to check the specific details of the link you used to place your order.
- If your order is stuck, you can request us to recheck and process it, typically after 24 hours have passed without the order starting.
Why was my order Canceled?
- Your link is invalid.
- Your link does not meet the service requirements, such as your account being set to private, not public, or similar issues.
- A previous order for the same type of service has not yet been completed.
- Sometimes issues with the service or server occur. Try placing the order again, switching to a different service, or waiting for a while before retrying.
When will my order be Completed?
- Each service includes an estimated start time and speed. You can refer to these to estimate your order’s completion time yourself.
- We do not guarantee that the start time or speed of each service will match the description 24 hours a day. This depends on factors such as updates to the target platform, technological updates, servers, proxy IPs, and more. We only provide the best possible time estimate for the service.
- We do not accept urgent orders. No service is guaranteed to start or complete within the estimated time, and we will not accept cancellation requests based on this.
Will my account get banned if I buy Followers?
- We can never know the exact level of risk control or review each platform applies today, so we cannot answer this question definitively. If your account gets banned after buying followers, it could simply be due to unusual activity on your part.
- In any case, we are not responsible for any account or content bans. If you have concerns about this, please do not place an order. If we had the ability to ban others’ accounts, we would offer a “ban others’ accounts” service, which would undoubtedly be more popular than any other service we provide.
What should I do if my followers or likes Drop?
- Our services are developed based on the relevant platforms, and we do not intentionally cause your followers to drop. Any drop is entirely due to the risk control measures of the target social media platform. We cannot predict or guarantee the extent of risk control on any platform in the future. In principle, services on any platform may experience drops at some point after you place an order.
- If the service you purchased includes after-sales support, we can provide free refills within the after-sales period following your order. Unless otherwise specified, the default refill range is: the starting number of your order minus the completed number. Refills will not be provided if the drop exceeds the completed number or falls below the starting number. For example, if your starting count is 100 followers and you buy 10,000 followers, but your follower count drops to 99, no refill will be provided at that point. You would need to bring it back within the order range yourself for a refill to apply.
- We do not offer refill services for orders without after-sales support (even if the drop happens right after completion). We do not accept claims such as “the followers that dropped were from your service, while others came from my own promotion or other providers.” For services with after-sales, refills are provided only within the order range. For services without after-sales, no refills will be provided if a drop occurs.
- Services are allowed to have a certain level of drop-off. Refills are only provided if the drop exceeds a specific percentage. Most services require a drop of more than 10% before a refill is offered. We do not guarantee refills for orders with minimal drops.
- If your baseline follower count, likes, or other metrics are excessively high, even if the service you purchased includes after-sales support, we do not guarantee refills. For example, if you have 100,000 followers and purchase 1,000 followers with after-sales support (without a specific standard threshold), refills may not be assured.
Why are there different services for the same Type?
- Regarding the same type of service having different variations, each service ID represents a distinct service. They are not the same. These services may run on different servers, operate in different ways, or use different types of accounts.
- As they are distinct services, their prices will also vary. You cannot purchase the same service for the same link simultaneously, as their quantities are unlikely to stack, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
