All services provided by Web3serves.com are developed based on Web3 platforms, blockchain ecosystems, or related digital technologies. We cannot predict changes or updates to these platforms, and all estimated service metrics—such as start times, delivery speeds, and drop rates—are approximations only. We do not guarantee the exact performance of services at the time of your order.


Delivery Policy

  • We do not guarantee specific delivery times for any service, as these depend on current order volume and updates to the associated Web3 or blockchain platforms. We provide only an estimated timeframe, which is not a binding commitment. For urgent needs, we recommend refraining from purchasing our services.
  • Cancellation requests are not accepted within the estimated delivery timeframe outlined in the service description, nor can we cancel orders immediately. Please carefully consider your needs before placing an order.
  • Refunds or cancellations are not available for orders placed with incorrect links. Our system operates automatically and will process and deliver such orders. Double-check your links and requirements before purchasing.
  • Do not purchase multiple identical services for the same link simultaneously. In such cases, we cannot guarantee accurate delivery of followers, interactions, or other metrics, and no refunds will be issued. For example, if you order 100 followers (Service A) and 100 followers (Service B) for the same link, we do not guarantee you will receive 200 followers, nor will we be held responsible for discrepancies.
  • Orders placed with incorrect links or usernames may not be eligible for refunds, depending on the identification and processing systems of each service. Our system cannot infer your intended link, so please verify all order details before submission.

Service Policy

  • The services on this website are intended solely for promoting your presence on Web3 platforms, blockchain-based social networks, or other digital ecosystems, enhancing your visibility or "appearance." We do not guarantee that new followers, interactions, or metrics will engage with you—only that you will receive the purchased quantities.
  • We do not guarantee that 100% of delivered accounts will have complete profiles, detailed information, or avatars, though we strive to ensure accounts appear authentic where applicable.
  • All links associated with your order must be fully public at the time of purchase. Do not restrict access, limit interactions, or set accounts to private, as this may prevent service delivery.
  • Our services are evaluated based on quantity metrics by default. Avoid purchasing identical services from other providers simultaneously, as this may cause conflicts in tracking numbers, and we will not be responsible for or refund such orders.
  • Web3serves.com is not liable for account suspensions, content removal, or other actions taken by Web3 platforms, blockchain networks, or social media services. If you have concerns, refrain from purchasing our services.
  • Different services of the same type may vary in execution, running on distinct servers, using different methods, or employing varied account types. These differences are reflected in pricing and performance.
  • If an order is completed for a valid but incorrect link, we cannot cancel or refund it. Please verify all details before ordering.

After-Sales Policy

  • Services without after-sales support do not include replacements for drops. Some services prone to dropping may lose part or all of their delivered quantities immediately, within minutes, or days after completion, and no replacements will be provided.
  • Services with after-sales support offer replacements within the specified support period, subject to current order volume and platform-specific risk controls. You must request replacements within this period. Replacements cover only the order’s delivered range (start count to completion count). Drops below the start count or above the completion count are not eligible, and we do not entertain disputes such as “some followers came from my own efforts” without explicit evidence. Unless otherwise stated, replacements are based solely on the order’s recorded range.
  • After-sales support applies only to the original link provided at purchase. We do not accommodate replacements for modified or swapped links, including attempts to misuse username changes for additional benefits.
  • Services allow for a reasonable drop rate (typically up to 10%). If the drop is minimal (e.g., a few followers or a small number with no specific threshold), replacements may not be guaranteed.
  • If your pre-existing base metrics (e.g., original follower count) are significantly large or far exceed the purchased quantity (e.g., 1,000 existing followers with a 50-follower purchase, or 100,000 followers with a 1,000-follower purchase), we do not guarantee replacements even for services with after-sales support, as we cannot determine the source of drops.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds. Please carefully assess your needs before adding funds or making purchases.

Privacy Policy

  • We take your privacy seriously and implement all reasonable measures to protect your information.
  • Your data is used only on a “need-to-know” basis to fulfill your orders. We do not sell or redistribute your information to third parties.
